Born and raised in Pleasant Hill, CA, Dave received his Construction Management degree from California State University, Sacramento, in 1994. After graduation he went to work for Granite Construction Company in Indio.
After Granite, Dave held management positions with two other local grading contractors gaining invaluable experience, deep industry knowledge and extensive construction industry contacts.
In 2004, Dave received his contractor’s license and started Lippert Construction, Inc. Since 2005, Dave and LCI have managed over $55 million of grading construction work in the Coachella Valley.
His industry associations include:
- Serving as a board member for the Desert Valleys Builders Association (DVBA)
- Former board member and current involvement as a member of the Desert Contractors Association (DCA)
Overall, Dave has been active in construction project grading in the Coachella Valley since 1994.
